Key Accounts Manager

Sybrid Pvt limited (A Lakson Group of Companies) is looking for Key Account Manager/Manager Business Development at Islamabad office.

Responsibilities:

·Develop Sales Pipeline to compliment annual and quarterly sales targets.

·Establish close working relationship with clients, understand the main issues, people and culture in the client organization.

·Proposals related to Government sector are to be developed as per their RFP (Request for Proposal).

· Regular and timely follow ups with clients as well as with in-house team members when required.

·Efforts for lead generation, proposal development (including BoQs) and for continuous business process/es improvement.

·Conduct market intelligence survey through ethical and reliable means. Skills Required: The candidate must have the following;

·Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable college or university · Minimum 3-5 year experience in similar role

·Client Service Orientation

· Relationship building

· Confidence and team building capabilities

· Excellent communication skills
